Friday Night we ran 22 miles. I got my 3rd bloody toe and Shelley had some knee problems. However.... we finished it! Really Long Runs are done and that is an amazing feeling. 3 weeks from today we will officially be done with our marathon. Wahooooooooooo!

way to go guys! Today Anne and I got dresses, had our Gu and water, got to the spot where we start running and turned around. Haa, it was just to cold and we were getting a late start. Probably not the best idea but we'll run it on Tue. should warm up.
